At Banks Timepieces, every detail is considered. From the moment your order is placed, we take great care to ensure your timepiece is delivered with the same attention and refinement that defines our brand.
Shipping & Packaging
Each order is presented in our signature packaging: a Banks watch box, dust bag, and a document folder containing both a certificate of authenticity and your warranty card.
Shipping costs:
Australia & New Zealand: Complimentary express shipping (limited time only)
International: $30 AUD flat rate
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day via Australia Post Express Service.
Please note, we are unable to ship to the following countries at this time: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
For international customers, all orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your timepiece. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us at clientservices@bankstimepieces.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
Our team will respond within one business day to guide you through the process.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, in new condition, with all protective adhesives intact

All original packaging must be returned:
Banks watch box
Banks dust bag
Banks document folder (with certificate and warranty card)

The cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
